Two tips before you search
- Search by ZIP code. Many suburbs share a mailing city. East Cobb listings say "Marietta", for example, so search 30062, 30066, 30067 or 30068 to find them.
- Mailing city isn't always the rule-maker. If you're hosting, the rules come from the city or county your home is actually in. Our garage and yard sale guide covers the local permit and sign rules.
